Once processing begins, all orders are final.
Lost or Stolen Packages (Without Route Protection)
Mai Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once tracking shows “Delivered.”
If you did not add Route protection, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
